Both routes can supply a retail business, but they involve different decisions. Choose the route that matches your launch timing, product ownership and available development information.

Ready-stock wholesalerYou select from an existing catalogue, available sizes and current stock. Product changes are usually limited to what the supplier offers.
Custom manufacturerYou approve the garment specification, materials, sample, labels and packing before bulk production. Sourcing and development form part of the schedule.

Define the Garment and Its Retail Presentation

Styles and fabrics

Choose the product categories, material composition, structure, weight, color direction and size range. Related styles may share a suitable fabric platform.

Branding and labels

Coordinate your logo, print or embroidery, main label, care information, size tabs and hangtags. The label content must match the approved garment.

Packing and SKU control

Provide the size and color breakdown, barcode data, unit packing and carton instructions. Confirm these details before the order is packed.

Garment priceStyle reference, material composition and weight, construction, decoration, labels and quantity assumptions.
Development costsSampling, pattern work and any agreed revisions. Confirm whether these are separate from the bulk unit price.
Order minimumsMinimums by style, fabric and custom color, plus any label, print or packaging setup requirements.
Packing and deliveryUnit packing, carton information, agreed trade terms and the scope of any shipping quote. Transit time is separate from manufacturing time.
Approval recordFinal specification, approved sample, artwork and inspection requirements. Record changes before they are released to production.

Do you sell ready-stock wholesale baby clothes?

JC Apparel focuses on custom production to a buyer’s brief. The website is a manufacturing reference, not a live stock catalogue. Send the product and quantity you need so we can review a made-to-order program.

Can a boutique or online brand place a custom order?

Yes. Retailers and online brands can discuss a custom program. Feasibility depends on the style, fabric, color count, size breakdown, branding and workable minimums.

Can private labels be included in a bulk order?

Yes. Main labels, care labels, size tabs, hangtags, barcodes and packaging can be coordinated with custom garment production. Component specifications and minimums are reviewed with the order.

What should I send to receive a useful quotation?

Send the product reference, estimated quantity per style, colors, sizes, fabric direction and sales market. Add the required labels, packaging and delivery goal. Attach a tech pack or clear reference images when available.
